On another note it doesn't make sense such a hot topic and yet charge for it yes it is a small fee but that deters those whose interest is per se really couldn't give a fook!

Who's Bailing You/We Out of Your Debt, Caring For Medical Needs, Providing Offshore Tax Havens For You, Slapping You On The Wrist With A Small Fine For Environmental Disasters and Anyone of the Crimes Listed Above?
