20/20

Hindsight is always 20/20.  One day we’ll look back and realize how each puzzle piece fit together.  This is the tale of a planet and her challenge to evolve with all of the beings and life she supports.  It cannot be known in its fullness except from a distance.  It incorporates creation and truth, agape and unity.

There is a message from Turkey from a few days ago where oneness is palpable.  The latest Off world Message describes humanity working day and night to protect and create a new world.    Some recent movie releases mirror what is going on with “Rise of The Guardians”, “Warm Bodies” and “Now You See Me”.

We are producing, acting and watching – changing things on the fly as we move through each moment.  The point here is that we have no instruction manual.  This is Improv folks.  No one here has done this yet.  We have to trust, to rely on our selves, our senses, our intuition and our feelings.  Today’s events force us to trust our heart.

We are accustomed to relying on our mind.  Please follow along and we’ll go on a virtual trip.  You’ll have to trust.  You’ll need headphones.  Close your eyes.  This takes less than 5 minutes.  Ready?

Our minds can be fooled, in this case, with sound.  Pictures and events are potent as well.  You’ve lived a lifetime of manipulation, coercion and programming and you’ve believed it was real, true and just “the way things are”.  Did you feel the clippers? Did you sort of jump at the very end?  Was any of it “real”?  Understand that your mind did that.  Your mind can be very convincing. 

Your heart is the basis of truth.  Use it as the point of discovery as well.  This may take some practice.  Good!  This is how we will change everything.  Your reward will be absolute knowing.  Your heart is the place we unite. I will meet you there.

It is happening in Turkey, unplanned and without warning.  They are actualizing Oneness in real time, with every heart beat. 

Deep within we know what to do.  Love.  This is our shift.  We hold the power to direct it.  Let’s do so.  Take 5 minutes more and imagine it happening precisely as you dream it to be.  Feel it.  Hear it.  Believe it.  There will be naysayers and those who refuse to believe it’s possible.  There will be attempts to distract your focus.  Keep at it. You are a master creator.  Creation is what you DO.

There is a quote attributed to Ghandi, which may in fact have first been said by labor leader Nicholas Klein in a 1914 address to a labor union congress (Biennial Convention, Amalgamated Clothing Workers of America, 1914.): “First they ignore you. Then they ridicule you. And then they attack you and want to burn you. And then they build monuments to you. And that is what is going to happen…”

You know the truth.  The power is yours.  A very slick trick is still being played and you can choose what to believe.  We are participating in virtual reality, without headphones, with our eyes wide open. (Remember the barber shop?)  It is easy to forget who is in control, it all seems so real.  It is us.  Choose love, peace, prosperity, unity, joy.  Choose with your heart and believe. 

See the change you want to be in the world.  You are the One and the time is now.

Let There Be Light

There’s only one way to create.  “Let there be light”, and light IS.  The story is simple, straightforward and clear.

It did not go – “Let there be light, and let it show up on Saturday, at 2:00 PM GMT, until precisely Midnight GMT, at only these places, while these 11 people are doing these 7 things, NOT these other things, or with these other people, or on this other day or in this other way.”

We are Masters, becoming conscious of that fact.  We’ve recently been made aware of our value, our ability, our power and the truth of our multi-dimensional existence.  It is not that we are sometimes here and sometimes elsewhere, we are always all places.  It is not that we are creators some days and not others, we are and have always been Master creators.  The difference now is that we are doing so on purpose.

Like any new skill, it is gradually assimilated.  Through trial and error, we hone the craft.  It is brilliant in its simplicity and surprising in its reach.  Each moment, every thought, all words are creative.  Our wishes, frustrations, joys and disappointments send out a vibe.  From there, our life is made manifest.

Rather than worry over the multitude of thoughts we hold, we can remember just one; focus trumps all.

It is not a person, date, group or method that will grant your wish.  It is your intent, belief and focus. 

If I decide to lose ten pounds and spend my days angry at the numbers on the scale or the image in the mirror, I will end up no closer to my goal at the end of them.  My weight will be unchanged most likely, only I’ll be a bit more angry, discouraged and frustrated. If instead I spend time doing things I enjoy and I am active; while dressing to feel good about myself, then I will (feel good).  A by product of the increased activity and positive emotion could very well be a loss of weight.  In any case, I will be happier, which will attract more of what I enjoy.

We’ve been trained as slaves.  Slaves expect all things to come from their masters.  As we remove the shackles from our own limbs, it’s time to also cut them from those we’ve decided hold the key.  The I/UV or any other prosperity/freedom package out there is not the controller of your destiny.  You are. 

Remove your focus on who, how and when and place it solely on what.  FREEDOM.  ABUNDANCE.  UNITY.  TRUTH.  LOVE.  VALUE.  ABSOLUTE AWARENESS.    These are the attributes of a Master.  This is what your life is.  Not because Caleb released a piece of software, St. Germaine released the gold or of any other specific event.  Because this is what you are.

You are not becoming anything new.  You are realizing your very own truth.  A caterpillar has always held the makings of a butterfly, albeit unaware.  You have within the attributes of Mastery.  The controllers have effectively convinced you of your need for something outside yourself.  You have no need, you are Gods.

Aim your focus squarely on freedom; watch heaven manifest before your eyes.  This is more about belief than faith.  Faith can distract you with details and descriptions of what is not happening.  Know the truth of creation; “what you see is what you get.”

Declare it every day and let it go.  Live your life knowing who you are.  Nothing is more important than agape.  As our self-love encompasses Oneness, our focus incorporates joy for all of us.  There can be no disappointment in a life fully and intentionally lived.  All moments are expected, experienced fully and appreciated.

With gratitude for each component of us and for every part played, stay present in the Now.  From there all of life begins.  As we let go of our death grip of expectation on those most visible players of this end game, we’ll see an exponential increase in effect.  Only we can do this.

This is what Masters do, we support the whole.  You empower each other and in turn, propel us all towards absolute knowing.  You are the One.

We Can Fly

We are swimming in a sea of possibility.  Whatever we desire is right here.  All that’s missing is focus.

This is all created by us.  Thoughts attract more and more of whatever they look or feel like.  We know this.  We’ve heard it before. Yet we persist in accepting what life “deals” to us.  Why?

Creation requires active thought.  The word “energize” works here.  It is an action; it is a doing.  You cannot sit still while energizing, and you are never still.  Always a thought is emerging on the tail of the one before it.  This being that you are is a creation machine!  You’ve been so without awareness.  It is the time now to be so consciously.  

Why is the Energizer Bunny so memorable?  He keeps going and going – through every frame.  He never stops; just like creation.

You are creating now and now and now and now – creation keeps going and going and going and going.  

There are bunnies everywhere this week.  Awareness is the first step towards consciousness.  We are in every frame of our lives, just like the bunny.  As we enter each, we create the next.  This movie we are making has never been written.  Only one thing is sure about the ending; it will be everything we’ve ever dreamed of.  That’s how it works.  We don’t have to know precisely how it happens, we only need believe.

We came here knowing we’d have help and believing in ourselves.  We came prepared.  There are times we may sound as if we want a savior, yet those times are akin to that baby bird who doesn’t know it has wings, just before mama bird pushes him out of the nest.  We can fly.

This is not said as a metaphor or lightly, by any means.  These are desperate times.  All of our resources are being called into action.  We knew this would happen and it has.  It is.

The fear you may be experiencing is not as it seems. Collection notices and “officials” are merely calling you out – it is your own power that frightens you. Consider the following:

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

Just love.  Imagine paradise.  Intend for the universe to handle the details.  We hold the key to everything we’ve ever wanted.  Let’s use our imagination; it is our greatest and most powerful gift.  Emotions are the key so stir it up!!  See it, feel it, taste it, touch it, smell it, be it!

The Artist

There is plenty of polarity to go around.  Revolutions all over the globe offer up a world view that is anything but united.  We are pushing the limits, testing the restraints, seeing just how far it will hold before it breaks.

Children do this.  Place a limit or a rule on the behavior of a child and he’ll immediately almost break it and watch what happens.  If there is no reaction she’ll move closer to breaking it, awaiting the repercussions.  If they are not decisive enough – the rules are blatantly ignored; to hell with the consequences!  What has been forbidden is just too good to ignore, at any cost.

Despite every effort to the contrary, oneness is upon us.  We as a species have seen beyond the chains that bind us.  We’ve decided that’s where we want to be; indeed we’ve discovered our truth.  There will be no stopping this shift until our unity is palpable on every shore and in each heart.

We’ve done this ourselves.  There has been One force that enlivened our transformation and that force is love.  We have chosen love.  As my son said a few days ago, we’ve tried everything else.  Nothing else works.  It is the truth of our very essence that is our power.  We are love.

We are moving very quickly now towards the galactic alignment that we’ve been told will signify the end of duality, a shift in our way of life.  Despite predictions and promises, none of us actually knows what it’ll look or feel like, not exactly.  Yet there is one thing that can be surmised from even a cursory view at current headlines.  We are coming together as never before.

Whether this is due to a criminal banking system, a corrupt government or a natural disaster; we have joined hands, hearts and minds to find solutions.  This is unity.  It gets stronger every day and is felt in surprising places.

The energy of our light is so very powerful.  It’s broken through the cabal-inflicted darkness and flooded the place.  There is nothing we can’t do.

This simple decision, to love, is transforming the world.  You are, without exception, exquisite.  Take a look into your eyes today and say hello to a piece of divinity. You did it!  You have hung in there at every impossible moment and met each obstacle.  You are here now because of your sheer will and absolute love.  In truth, many times it wasn’t that much fun.  You stayed anyway. You’re doing a great job.

I’m not sure what precisely you are here to do, yet I can tell you will full confidence what you are here to feel.  You are here to experience agape.  With every ounce of emotion you have, love yourself.  You are one in seven billion and absolutely perfect.  God, in putting this whole thing together, needed just one more piece in order to pull it off.  That piece is you.  You complete the puzzle; it is now a work of art.

This masterpiece that is creation is alive and crawling with artists.  Each moment there’s a new stroke, a bold color, or a subtle nuance added.  We are the painters and the patrons, the brushes and the paint, the canvas and the pencils, the mind, heart and soul of this work.  Our masterpiece evolves as we breathe in and out…love.  This world is an emission of our brilliance, a product of our combined agape.  Our eyes behold the reflection of One.

There is no other who holds the brush; this work is our very own.  We are the One we’ve been waiting for.

The Choice

You come with all your parts in order and with every potential realized.  You only have to awaken to this truth.  There is nothing you cannot experience if that is your wish.  You are Gods.  Creator beings experiencing the results of your thought while forgetting it was you who thought them there in the first place.

You’ve woken up.  With an open heart look beyond what yesterdays dream has shown you, and dream tomorrow.  It has no choice but to be realized in the Now.  This is how it works.  This moment in time has amplified everything.  Use it to your advantage and step into the world you’ve longed to inhabit.

Whatever it takes to see, smell, taste, touch and hear the life of your deepest longing – do it.  Use vision boards, post it notes, audio recordings, magazines photos, wish boxes and conversations to rev up your perfect world.

Are you gorgeous?  See it.  Are you vibrant?  Feel it.  Is there peace?  Love it.  Is there abundance?  Share it.  Are you loved?  Of course.

We’ve created 2012 and we are, right now, creating 2013.  With joy, exuberance and relentless optimism let’s visualize our future.  This is where we are now.  No longer are we looking for someone to tell us what will unfold – we are pulling back the curtain ourselves.

We’ve accomplished the incredible so far – let’s be sure to pat ourselves on our backs while we reach ever further into our dreams.

This dense fog of duality will not stop showing us whatever we’ve believed was true.  We know better now.  It is only true as long as we believe it is true.  The truth is that all you see, all you are, and all you are here to do, is love.

My sleep dream of a few nights ago had me deliberately drive my car straight into a tree.  My family was there, watching me do it.  They did not try to stop me.  No one was hurt, but the car I was driving was no longer functional.  Stuff was leaking from the bottom of it and spewing out the top.  I’d definitely need a new one.

This reality is no longer working. With deliberate intent I am constructing its demise.  I’m done.  This no longer works.  It is time to move on.  The destruction of the car signified a choice point, exactly where I find myself now.  In the dream, I kept on going after the crash, as well as my family, but the car was finished.  It served me right up until it hit that tree, the tree that was placed strategically at the end of the driveway. 

We are finished with this 3D experiment.  It’s time for another choice.  We can so do this.  We showed up for this very moment.  It is time.  We are the one’s we were waiting for.

It's time

There were two words in my inbox this morning.  "It's time".  The video included is found here: 

An entirely different blog was composed very early today, and may be posted later.  This one now takes precedence. Watching  the video while considering these two words, I was overcome with emotion.  I cry easily yet this morning's sob-fest was unprecedented... The emotions that incited the tears were joy and relief and exhaustion and YES!!!!! WE DID IT!!! 

What remains now is the doing and living on our new earth.  In spite of every odd stacked against us, we have continued to create a world as pictured in the serene and vibrant images of this film. Our Mother Earth has waited with patience and love for eons...she now is realizing the fullness of her being.  It is because of you this is happening. 

As Light Workers you have come not just in this era, but in times too numerous to name.  You have persevered and created with wisdom, tenacity, faith and love.  Your vision has not wavered, not once.  Yes, there have been distractions, but deep in your heart you have held and maintained the truth of our home, our Mother Earth and ourselves. 

Love has inspired your every lifetime of continuous evolution.  You never gave up and it is because of you that we have made it here.  Share your view of our home and our very existence in every moment of your coming days... This is how we create our paradise.  The field is ripe now with your vision - it is okay to let it out and allow for its expansion.  There can be no stopping truth - You are master creators, here to experience the fruits of many lifetimes of belief. 

There is nothing but love and we can see that now.  Hold these pristine images in your very soul.  This is our world.  We have brought her back to life with our steadfast knowing - we are love.

The Artist

The choice has been made.  There is no longer a wondering.  I know.  Things like “Why?” and “How?” just aren’t there.  Doubt is gone.  I am here.  I am.  There’s no question of success or judgment.

I woke up today, as I do most every day lately, not feeling slept out.  The hours asleep seem to have no effect on the outcome; they could be 4 or 10.  There is this feeling of “being pulled through a knot hole” that I wake up with each morning.

Yet it’s okay today.  Not a problem.  I know it’ll be all right.  Abundance, health and success are assured.  I have no doubts.

In 3D terms, what’s right before my eyes is not pretty.  Yet my focus is not there.  It’s not that it doesn’t matter; it’s that it’s not real.  The difference is subtle.

“Back in the day” my financial, physical and emotional state was how I defined my life.  If things were good on those fronts, then I was too.

Today those parts of my life are hanging by a thread – yet I’m okay.  They are not who I am.  I know that now.

I have always known this intellectually, and even felt it at times.  This morning I am aware on a visceral level of my truth.  We are not our circumstances.  We are source material, walking around in human suits.  You are not defined by your life.  Your life is an expression of what you’ve chosen to experience.  You are free to choose fear, illness, poverty, joy, vitality or abundance.  As soon as you release one you can check out another.  All are potential expressions of the One.

You are an expression of the One, holding every potential.  It’s all here for you.  The colors you are seeing right now are just your current favorites.  Your palette has every shade.  They can be mixed more than 7 billion ways.

We are here to paint a world as she embodies new form.  How she looks depends on her perspective and our belief.  Believe in her beauty and as you walk on her today your reflection will embody that truth. 

It comes every moment to our perception.  We are holding the brushes in hand, artists in the midst of creation.  This is our masterpiece.

Take your brush and apply love liberally.  Every facet of this piece is waiting for your touch.  You know exactly what is needed and are focused right now on the part most in need of your expert hand.  It is love – your unique brand of divinity – that will complete this work.  May as well begin today!

 You are the One we’ve been waiting for.

Listening to myself

Every now and again, when faced with a seemingly irresolvable issue, I set an intention for the “highest and best for all concerned”, get in a quiet, meditative state, and write out a question.  Then I listen.  Sometimes the answers come loudly and quickly!  They are recorded with my non-dominant hand.  There is less editing that way, as my logical brain is occupied with making the pen work.

The following conversation happened because of some current physical issues.  These were things I assumed were fully healed and repaired.  Maybe the answers will help you as well; we are One. 

Remember, we hold the answers to all of our questions, we only need ask. 

We are the One we’ve been waiting for.

Question:   What is going on with my body?

It is your deepest 3D fear.  How’s it going so far?  This is what your fears are creating.

How do I change this?  This is not what I want.

You have to look at your life squarely.

(interrupting) I BELIEVE THAT IS WHAT CREATED THESE EFFECTS!

Let me finish.  ... (you have to look at your life squarely) WITHOUT FEAR.  This is how things are altered.

Are things created from fear?

Things are created from focus.  You are extremely focused and powerful right now.  This is why you look and feel as you do.

Please, I need concrete steps to change this.  I am asking for help.

Take a look, decide what it is you want, and focus there only – without fear.  With determination see the changes you want.  This does not mean avoid looking elsewhere.  It is this contrast you are here for.

Smile, Love, Repeat

It is a gorgeous Fall day.  The sky is that blue you only see this time of year.  The clematis, deep purple and violet, seem to push along the fence as I watch, eagerly getting in one good spurt before their exit. 

The sounds are different.  The crickets, as ever, provide background but I wonder about that propeller I hear from the sky, perhaps a helicopter.  What’s missing are the voices of the children, school has them captive and quiet.  The dogs are inside as well today.  I hear an occasional muffled bark from behind closed doors.  Summer is about over.  Birds surround the property, enjoying the almost empty yard, along with the dragonflies.

These are the things I’ll hang on to – crisp Fall days, the sound of birds, vibrant flowers, and brilliant skies.  Creation is only amplified as we evolve.  The most accurate tool we possess is our emotions.  The stronger we feel around a person, place, thing, or event, the speedier is our manifestation.  I am blissful; this day will get a repeat. 

What has been kept from us is the power we hold in our emotions.  As we unleash our true feelings, our core focus emits an ever stronger frequency.  We get more of and quickly, whatever we strongly react to.  Emotion is emotion.  Positive or negative are irrelevant.  It is the strength of the feeling that creates MORE.  The Universe is operating on magnetic attraction.  Our feelings are powerful attractors.

We are entering a pivotal time.  Let’s keep our eyes on the prize, and focus on the world we’d like to keep.  There can be brilliant skies above us with striking flowers at our feet while we live, surrounded in fields of love.  Fear may rise up.  When it does, remember your creative power, and let it go.

Fear Processing Exercise, by Inelia Benz

You can do this exercise at any time, whenever you feel fear.
For best results, it is best to do it in a quiet and private space and working through a list of fears you have written beforehand.
Sit or lie down comfortably with your back straight and close your eyes.
Breathe in deeply and slowly into your abdomen, then breathe out as fast as you can.
Repeat, breathe in slowly, then out as fast as you can.
And once more, breathe in slowly and slowly, then out fast.
Now continue breathing at your own pace.
Scan you physical body from head to toe, to find the energy of fear.
Look for fear.  If you cannot find it, read one of your fear items in your list and scan your body again.
Once you find fear in your body, simply look at it.
Don’t analyze it, just look at it.
Allow it to be there.
Allow it to exist.
Allow it to grow and to be.
It could be a physical discomfort, such as a knot, a pain, a location of energy, or through a thought or memory, or it could be just the emotion of fear.
Just look at it.
Observe it.
Feel it.
Allow it to be here.
And say, “fear, you are welcome here.”
Welcome here.
Welcome fear and allow it to grow.
Let it get bigger and bigger.
Allow it to grow, and grow... as big as it can go
Let it be as big as it can possibly get.
Allow it to express itself to you.
But don’t analyze.
Simply allow whatever comes.
Whether words,
thoughts,
memories,
Follow it if it changes into another emotion,
or changes locations in your body.
Whatever it does, welcome the new expression.  “you are welcome here, thought... you are welcome here emotion, words, memories, you are welcome here fear.”
You are welcome here.
Watch it. Observe it.
Now, allow yourself to get closer and embrace fear in whatever expression it has chosen.
give it light and love, and allow it to exist.
Thank it for whatever job it had for you, for being with you for so long.
Now, release it into Oneness.  Allow it to go free back into Source.
Breathe deeply now.
As you breathe in, breathe in light and love.  And as you breathe out, allow that light and love to go to and fill the space where fear used to be.
Now, simply breathe deeply and slowly.
Breathing in light and love, and as you breathe out, allow that light and love to expand throughout your body and out into your environment.
Now, scan your body from your toes to your head and see if there is any of that fear left.  If so, repeat the exercise straight away. If not, you can use your list to repeat the exercise, or end now by opening your eyes and having a good stretch.
Repeat this exercise every day until there is no more fear in your life.
